Response Template Formatting

With the release of the rich text editor for updates and comments in 11.5, is there a specific tag or another way for us to do basic HTML formatting in our ticket response templates? I tried adding bold with <b> tags but the system seemed to say no.

Hello Steve,

Unfortunately response templates do not currently support HTML formatting. That would be a great enhancement request though now that the Comments and Description fields support it though.
