Personalized Ticket History Report

Our organization is using the standard ticket history report every week to review performance. Is there a way we can customize this report or set it for weekly email delivery?

Hello Cole,

Unfortunately that out-of-the-box report is not able to be scheduled for delivery. Only a custom report can be scheduled for delivery.

It also is not able to be customized beyond the current filter options that exist for that report.
