API Logs

I am trying to trouble should an issue with our BeyondTrust integration, specifically several fields that should be in the body are not appearing in the Description field of the ticket created.  Is it possible to view the data being received by the API?

Hello Scott,

I don't know of a way that I can access any of that information, but perhaps Engineering can. Could you submit this as an actual Support ticket so our team can review it?
