Pinning Forms
I'm trying to pin a form to the +New area in our TDNext ticketing app. I have the "Pinned" checkbox checked (as well as "Active" and "Show in TDNext Create and Edit") in the form settings. The form does not appear. Is there anything else that is needed to get the form to appear in the list?

Hello Greg,
You might have to just refresh your session of TeamDynamix, have you tried that? It shouldn't take a full sign off, sign back on type action, but hit F5 on your TDNext tab and let the whole thing refresh.
