Sandbox Access

Hello,

I would like to get access for an employee to work in our Sandbox environment. How do I grant him access to this? His account is listed in the Sandbox, but when he tries to log in, it says he does not have permissions to the application.

And what URL are they trying to sign in to?

Ok that user has not been added as a TD Administrator yet in Sandbox, which would explain the error message upon attempting to sign in to the TDAdmin interface. You'll need to sign in to TDAdmin in the Sandbox and add his account as an org administrator, then he'll be able to sign in at that URL.
