Deleting requests in bulk

Is there a way to delete requests in bulk? We are about to begin testing for a project but don't want other requests entered in Sandbox to be present during our test. I know on the back end if you click on "Tickets" you can delete the requests one by one, but I was wondering if there was a way to delete all of them at once?

Hello Gabriela,

We currently do not have a feature that allows for deleting tickets in bulk.

You could always (assuming testing does not need to take place in an existing ticketing app) create a new ticket app to test in so it has no tickets in it.
