Authentication Failures?

Hello, we use SSO through Shibboleth and we get occasional sign-on errors (typically a user issue), and when this happens the user gets the following error:

The system encountered an error during single sign-on.

The referenced email is not the correct email.  Is there a way to change this to reference a service page?

Hello Tevis,

That email address is listed based on the contents of your metadata. To change it, you'd have to ask your SSO team to update the metadata file you're utilizing so the referenced email address is replaced with a more accurate value.
