How do you configure Milestones for Projects?
I have projects built out and I see the milestone menu option, but it is blank. It does not have an ADD button, so it seems to be instead a view of milestones identified in the project elsewhere... how do get milestones to show up (how do I add them to a project)? I review the community portal documentation, but only see how to pull reports from milestones... but cannot see where we add them.

Hello Melody,
You will want to access the plan in question and check it out if it's a waterfall plan. Once checked out, you can right click on a task row and select the "Toggle Milestone" option to mark it as a milestone.

okay, so to be clear, you are unable to identify milestones if the project does not have a waterfall plan, correct? Most of our projects are using the kanban plan type.

Correct, the cardwall plan does not have an indicator to mark something as a milestone. You can instead mark it as a Story using the Is Story flag.
