Workflow email settings
Hi there,
is there a way to specify which email setting (app or org level) to use when a workflow is running? We noticed that workflow always uses org-level email settings.

Hi Mark, when an email notification is generated by the workflow, it will be sent (from) the email set up in the org-level email setting even though the workflow is created at the application level.

Interesting, so you have outbound email settings configured and active on that specific ticketing app?

Yes, the mail server setting is the same, but the SMTP and FROM settings are different for both.
