Desktop Templates
What drives behind the scenes what gets rolled up into Desktop Template configuration choices under the Tickets bucket? We have different groups defined, and I'd like to roll up Tickets/ Assigned to my Group as a choice in the Desktop Template. Maybe it doesn't work like that. What is the logic behind how I can see Tickets assigned to a Group, or Department? Thank you!

Hello Katie,
There are several standard or baked-in report modules that you can include on a desktop from the "Tickets" bucket. It also will include your custom reports that have been built from within the ticketing application in question.
If you need a report that shows tickets assigned to your group/department, you'd likely first want to create a custom report to return those results in the Ticketing app itself, then go and add it to your desktop.
