Change Default Ticket View For Default "Tickets" page: teamdynamix.com/TDNext/Home/Desktop/Default.aspx
Tickets assigned to "Finance" are dominating our ticket board. Can I edit the default Tickets view to exclude the Finance group? I know I can make a custom report, but I want to change the default ticket view (teamdynamix.com/TDNext/Home/Desktop/Default.aspx) to exclude some statuses and groups.
Or can I make the finance team have their own ticket board?

Hello Ryan,
That tickets view has a filter option. You should be able to filter those results down to just tickets assigned to (groups other than the Finance group) and with statuses that you select. Then you can use the buttons along the top of the page to save those as a saved search. That saved search can be used any time you need to access that search page to look for tickets, though it is probably easier to just create a custom report to add to your main desktop or application desktop so you can better control the filtering and visibility of said report.
Then the Finance people can write their own report to return only tickets they'll be assigned to, so you don't see each others' tickets.
