Choice Step Details
I'd like to add a step to our "Request for Equipment" workflow that allows the technician to choose if the request is standard/pre-approved or non-standard (requires approval step). I thought I could accomplish this with a Choice Step, and include a list of standard hardware in the step description. However, the choice step description doesn't seem to be visible to the technician. How can I provide a list of standard equipment for the technician to verify?

Hello John,
Is the technician addressing this step via TDNext, or are they going through the client portal's My Approvals page, located from the Services page of the portal?
Even if they are going through TDNext, if they click on the title of their step it should bring up the step's description page.

I was hoping that we would be able to click on the title of the step, but it doesn't appear that you can click on a choice step title (see screenshot). - John Anderson Thu 3/17/22 11:33 AM
