Access Survey Responses
I have technicians that are able to view all submitted survey responses. These users are in a role within the Ticketing app that has no survey permissions, including "Access Surveys". Is there a new setting somewhere that I am missing? I know when we set this up they did not have access to the responses.

So we recently switched over to the Universal license. Even though they don't have that enabled in the Ticketing app but have access to the Analysis application, does that override the ticketing app roles?

To correct, you would need to remove that permission from their security role. It still would allow them to create Analysis reports on ticket data for any app they actually have access to, but it'll remove their ability to also view the surveys from apps that they aren't specifically given survey access to. - Mark Sayers Wed 3/16/22 4:18 PM
They can view the responses from the Tickets Tab and then the gear on the right and Surveys.

Where exactly are these users going within TDNext to view the survey responses? Are they just writing a report?
