Form accessible by link but not available under application forms

Hello,

There is a request form created by someone else previously, but that could not be found under 'forms' in the application admin portal - while still being accessible through its link. As it needs to be deactivated to avoid its unintentional use, how to identify where does it reside please?

Thanks,

A

Hello Alaa,

What is the link for the form in question?

If you can provide that I can help you locate where that form can be configured in TDAdmin so you can deactivate it there.

Hello Mark,

I would appreciate.
The form link is: https://.../TDClient/1398/Portal/Requests/ProjectRequests/ProjectGeneral.aspx

Thanks,
A

Unfortunately that is the baked-in form for project requests which is accessible primarily by going to Portfolio Planning in TDNext, and selecting +New > Project Request. This form is not configurable as it exists at the system level.

If you wish to have a specific form for your service that is custom, edit the service in question and remove the form from it by going to the Form tab and scrolling down till you see the "Remove Form" button. Then use the settings on the screen to create a custom form.
