Workflow notification footer

In production, notifications generated in a workflow step have a footer about commenting with the ticket alphanumeric code. Can we customize the email to remove this?

e.g.

----TEAMDYNAMIX DO NOT ALTER OR REMOVE THIS CODE----
1tMH77VyrB0rB1Q28gV5cFCTt4aW34YSrG....etc.etc
----TEAMDYNAMIX DO NOT ALTER OR REMOVE THIS CODE----

Hello David,

It *is* theoretically possible to hide that reply token code, however doing so involves introducing essentially a hack to your notification templates/Footers and as such is not officially supported by TeamDynamix, so I wouldn't be able to recommend any work-around that might achieve that end at this time.

If you'd like to see this as an officially supported feature in a future version of TeamDynamix I would highly recommend submitting an enhancement request via our service here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148

Sincerely,

Why isn't this information stored in email headers IAW RFC 5321? It shouldn't require any of us to request it or for it to be evaluated, that's just how it should work. Do the headers not get delivered to the monitors or something? - Mark Allen Wed 6/12/24 3:00 PM
The headers do get delivered, that is how it primarily attempts to recognize replies. If the headers are missing, it reverts to looking in the body of the message for a token with that wrapper content. - Mark Sayers Wed 6/12/24 3:43 PM
