Ticket count report

Hello 

I am trying to create a ticket count report for each department. I am getting what I want for the most part except it is not doing a total department count. Would anyone know how to structure the report to give me a total department count as opposed to 1 ticket per line for each of the departments. I have attached my report configuration.

Hello Lydia,

When trying to restrict report results to a consolidated list, it is best to remove any columns that could return unique values. I would remove all other columns except perhaps Acct/Dept and Ticket Count to start with.

If someone needs more information on items in their Acct/Dept than that they can drill into the report or perhaps you can create a chart to go with it that they can then click on to drill into a particular Acct/Dept.
