Reporting on Survey Responses by Ticket Source

We are looking to report on our survey responses based on the source of the associated ticket (chat, email, phone, etc.). I don't see an option for Source under parent ticket when doing a report from the Survey Response report source. Is there another way I can report on this?

Hello Steve,

Unfortunately it looks like the Source value is one of the few baked-in fields about the parent ticket that the survey response report does not include, though you *can* report on the value of custom ticket attributes.

You might consider adding an enhancement request to ask for that column/filter to be included in the survey response report source.
