Multi-select custom attribute not showing all possible choices

I have a form with a multi-select custom attribute. I initially created it with just a few of the choices and now I have updated it with the remaining choice options. Is there a trick for getting the form to refresh that field so that the newly added choices appear as options?

If it matters, this is a dependent child field.

Hello Bobby,

You'll have to edit that field's Attribute Dependency so the new choice options are mapped to the right Parent field choice option(s) to make them appear.

You can find attribute dependencies in Admin > Applications > [your ticket app] > Attribute Dependencies, then find them by the name you gave that dependency relationship on this form.
