Workflow Task Step

I created a new application. Within the application, I created a workflow. The task step is not showing any employees or groups that I can assign the task. All of the other steps I have added allowed me to add a responsible person or role. What could be the issue?

Hello Valencia,

Is the task configured to as "Assign to a specific resource"? Did you open the lookup window from the magnifying glass button at the right end of that field?

I would guess it is possible that no users yet have access to that ticketing application, so you aren't able to assign them to the task until they have access to the app.
