Adding Files To The Briefcase

In order to add a file to the Briefcase, the user must:

  1. Navigate to the desired Briefcase via the Briefcase or Projects/Workspaces application.
  2. Navigate to the destination folder and select it by left-clicking. The selected folder will be highlighted gray.
  3. Right-click on the highlighted folder and choose the Add Files option.
  4. After clicking the link, the user will see a popup box, which will guide the user through the attachment process.
  5. In the Add File(s) page, you can optionally choose whom to notify in the Notification listbox.
  6. Click the Upload or Upload Files button.
  7. The user must then wait until all files are uploaded.
  8. Choose whether to add more files or close the window in the upload success page.
