View A Project Member's Availability

The project manager is able to view a project member's availability when they are adding them to a team and when making adjustments to the user's schedule on the project. To view a user's availability, the project manager must:

  1. Navigate to "Applications -> Projects."
  2. Click the "Manage Projects" folder link in the left navigator.
  3. In the "Manage Projects" window, select the appropriate project.
  4. Click on the "Resources" tab.
  5. You will then see all assigned resources to the project, their schedule, & availability.
