View A Project Member's Availability

The project manager can view a project member's availability when adding them to a team and when making adjustments to the user's schedule on the project. To view a user's availability, the project manager must:

  1. In Work Management, navigate to View Applications, and select the Project application. Click the project Name in the left navigation under Projects.
  2. Click Resources in the left navigation.
  3. You will then see all assigned project resources, their schedules, and availability.
