The project manager is able to view a project member's availability when they are adding them to a team and when making adjustments to the user's schedule on the project. To view a user's availability, the project manager must:
- In TDNext, navigate to "Applications -> Projects."
- Click the "Manage Projects" folder link in the left navigator.
- In the "Manage Projects" window, select the appropriate project.
- Click on the "Resources" tab.
- You will then see all assigned resources to the project, their schedule, & availability.
