Ticket Performance Report

This how-to article helps users to view various ticket performance metrics in TDNext. The user must have access to the ticketing application and TDNext.

Overview

This report shows the number of tickets within your organization grouped by account, type, and by responsible user.  The results data will be displayed in three charts.

Where to Find This

This feature appears in TDNext in a ticketing application. It will be located within the navagation on the left side of the screen.

Navigate to this report following this path:

  • TDNext > Ticketing Application > Standard Reports

Using the Ticket Performance Report

The three charts displayed are:

  • Tickets By Account - Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by account/department.
  • Tickets By Type - Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by ticket type.
  • Ticket By Responsible User - Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by the person with primary responsibility for the ticket. This chart also shows the number of unassigned tickets.
