Who can use this feature?
- Users with access to Work Management (TDNext) and a Ticketing Application can view this report.
- Available on TDX Work Management
The Ticket Performance Report is a Ticketing Application report that shows the number of tickets within your organization grouped by account, type, and by responsible user.
Viewing the Ticket Performance Report
To view this report:
- In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
- Click the Ticketing application tile.
- Under the Standard Reports section of the navigation menu, click Ticket Performance.
The results data will be displayed in three charts.

Tickets By Account |
Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by account/department. |
Tickets By Type |
Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by ticket type. |
Ticket By Responsible User |
Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by the person with primary responsibility for the ticket.
This chart also shows the number of unassigned tickets.
