Ticket Performance Report

The Ticket Performance Report is a Ticketing Application report that shows the number of tickets within your organization grouped by account, type, and by responsible user. 

Viewing the Ticket Performance Report

To view this report:

  1. In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
  2. Click the Ticketing application tile.
  3. Under the Standard Reports section of the navigation menu, click Ticket Performance.

The results data will be displayed in three charts.

Report Chart Data Shown
Tickets By Account Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by account/department.
Tickets By Type Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by ticket type.
Ticket By Responsible User

Shows the number of tickets within your company grouped by the person with primary responsibility for the ticket.

This chart also shows the number of unassigned tickets.
