List of Professional Services Modules

TeamDynamix Professional Services delivers "modules" for implementations and tune-ups. These modules deliver capabilities to our clients, and may use one or more applications within TeamDynamix to deliver those capabilities. Below is a list of all modules along with links to the "getting started" guide for each module.

Name Description
TDX Foundations Orientation to TeamDynamix fundamentals, especially for TeamDynamix administrators.
Core Integrations The four most common integrations/connections that most clients would like set up: authentication, the email service, people import, and outgoing SMTP server.
Ticketing Essentials Introduction to ticketing in TeamDynamix. Includes incident management and service request management.
Advanced Ticketing More advanced ticketing-wide features such as Bomgar integration, SLAs, task templates, and workflows to help manage change enablement or problem management processes.
Reporting How to report, including building reports, using Analysis, and building desktop templates and desktops.
Client Portal How to style and theme the client portal (end users' interface into TeamDynamix).
Service Catalog How to build a service catalog and set up services so that end users can request service.
Enterprise Service Management Building additional ticketing applications for other units/areas.
Knowledge Management Building a knowledge base, including setting up categories and permissions and a process for reviewing and approving knowledge base articles.
IT Service Change Enablement Building out an IT service change enablement process.
Asset Management Tracking assets and key data associated with assets such as vendors, product types, and product models.
Asset Discovery A TDX add-on that can be purchased to proactively find assets on your network, or pull back data on specific machines with an agent.
Project Management Managing active, "in-flight" projects in TeamDynamix including "top-line" project management plus also project plans, issues, links, the briefcase, and other components of project records.
Portfolio Planning Tracking, prioritizing, selecting, and staffing requested projects. Also known as project request management and scoring.
Time & Expense Recording people's time and expenses, including timecards.
