How can I change my password in TeamDynamix?

Environment

This article only applies to users who authenticate with the standard TeamDynamix authentication. If you sign in using a Single Sign On (SSO) provider or using your Active Directory / LDAP credentials, password reset options are not available. These must be managed in your external SSO or Active Directory / LDAP system.

 

Answer

From the Client Portal

  • Click [your name] in the upper right corner of the screen > Change My Password

From TDWorkManagement (TDNext)

  • Click [profile picture or logo with your initials] in the upper right corner of the screen > Change My Password

From TDAdmin

Users with access to the Admin application can reset passwords on behalf of a user. 

  1. In TDAdmin, go to Users and Roles > Users.
  2. Search to find the user and select the user name to open the user details page.
  3. At the top left corner of the user details page, click Actions, then click Reset Password.
