How can I change my password in TeamDynamix?
Environment
This article only applies to users who authenticate with the standard TeamDynamix authentication. If you sign in using a Single Sign On (SSO) provider or using your Active Directory / LDAP credentials, password reset options are not available. These must be managed in your external SSO or Active Directory / LDAP system.
Answer
From the Client Portal
- Click [your name] in the upper right corner of the screen > Change My Password
From TDWorkManagement (TDNext)
- Click [profile picture or logo with your initials] in the upper right corner of the screen > Change My Password
From TDAdmin
Users with access to the Admin application can reset passwords on behalf of a user.
- In TDAdmin, go to Users and Roles > Users.
- Search to find the user and select the user name to open the user details page.
- At the top left corner of the user details page, click Actions, then click Reset Password.
