Work management and automation/integration tools touch a lot of business processes and practices.  Sometimes it can be challenging to configure all that you need and understand the best practices or how to map in your processes.  Furthermore, you may not have resources or expertise to perform some of your configurations or may need help as you expand to other departments. 

The Expanded Services Program is here to help provide you many resources for you achieve your outcomes as your goals and needs evolve.  We offer two options:  The main program provides resources for getting the most out of all the TDx products.  Expanded Services Program w/ Automation & Integration provides iPaaS customers additional assistance for building iPaaS flows and Conversational AI configurations.  Customers may opt for either or both programs.

Subscribing gets you access to all the benefits of the program.  It aligns it with your TeamDynamix contract and renews annually.

Expanded Services Program

The perks of the program are designed to provide many valuable resources for addressing needs across the TDx product suite.

  • Access for administration training for all products via our Readiness bootcamps
  • Access to our LMS courses
    • Additional administration training
    • Work management user training
    • Process methodology and best practices, including considerations on mapping into TDx
  • One Work Management Health Check every 2 years ($6,000 value!)
    • Health checks include up to 4 Work Management apps (PPM, Client Portal, Tickets, Assets/CI, ITAM apps).
  • Access to experts through Office Hours
    • Join regularly scheduled calls to ask questions, hear others’ questions and gain insights on how to address product questions and solutions
  • Direct engagements with TDx Professional Services consultants – When the above resources are not enough and you want to sit down with our consultants to dig into a need, we are here to partner with you!  Available for up to 20 hours per year.
    • Process consulting workshops for best practices and/or how to map processes to TDx
    • Work Management administration assistance or implementation of added functionality
    • Specialized and personal live product training
    • Guidance on usage/configuration for all TeamDynamix products
  • ESP Dashboard with up-to-date ESP hours balance reporting and other helpful information and links

Expanded Services Program with Automation and Integration (ESPA)

This option includes planning meetings and larger direct engagements for automation and integration work such as flow building, dynamic forms, or VSA configuration:

  • Consultants engage in regularly scheduled meetings such as Quarterly Business Review meetings to strategize and plan out usage of iPaaS and how TDx may best assist you.
  • Direct engagements for automation and integration work with TDx Professional Services consultants - Up to 100 hours per year.

    • iPaaS connector creation
    • iPaaS flow and dynamic form builds
    • CAI flow builds
  • Access for administration training for all products via our Readiness bootcamps
  • Access to our LMS courses
    • Additional administration training
