What reports are available in the client portal and who can view them?

Client Portal Security Role
Users with a Client Portal security role that includes "View Reports in the Client Portal" will have the Reports link in the Client Portal menu bar.
Available Reports
A user with this permission will have access to run and view reports that meet the criteria below.
Reports created in Analysis or Projects Applications
- If the user does not have access to the application
- Reports owned by the user or a Group that the user is a member of
- Reports shared with the specific user or a Group that the user is a member of
- If the user has access to the Application
- Reports noted above PLUS report shared with "Everyone with this Application"
- NOTE: Access to TDNext is NOT required to see these reports in the client portal
- NOTE: Results for reports run in the projects application will be limited to projects where the user is a project resource.
Reports created in Portfolio Planning / Ticketing / Asset Applications
- If the user does not have access to application
- No reports will be visible.
- If the user has access to the application
- Reports owned by the user or a Group that the user is a member of
- Reports shared with the user, groups the user is a member of or "Everyone with this Application"
- NOTE: Access to TDNext is NOT required to see these reports in the client portal
