Setting up Revise with AI
Who can use this feature?
- By default, this feature will be off for all existing security roles, and on for all new security roles.
- Users with the "Allow user to use Revise with AI" permission can view and use the 'Revise with AI' feature in TDNext and the Client Portal.
- Available on all plans.
Revise with AI enables users to revise text for grammar, clarity, and conciseness, anywhere that rich text editors exist throughout TDNext and the Client Portal.
Revise with AI needs to be enabled at the Organization level in TDAdmin before it can be turned on at the Ticketing Application level.

Where to Find This
This feature appears in TDAdmin, TDNext, and TDClient interfaces.
- TDAdmin > Details > Edit > Enable AI Features
- TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Security Roles > [Select Security Role]
- TDNext > Any rich text editor
- Client Portal > Any rich text editor
Enabling Revise with AI
AI Revisions will be defaulted OFF at the Organization level, and OFF for all security roles
To enable Revise with AI at the Organization level:
- In TDAdmin, click Edit from the Organization Details page.
- Select the checkbox for "Enable AI Features".
- Click Save once you have reviewed the linked information regarding AI Ticket Summaries. *Please note that enabling AI Features here will also enable the AI Ticket Summaries setting to display at the Ticketing Application level. This feature will be OFF by default.
To enable AI Revisions for a security role:
- In TDAdmin, select Users & Roles in the left navigation.
- Select Security Roles
- Select a Security Role or select + New
- Select 'Allow user to use Revise with AI'
- Select Save
Using Revise with AI
- Users can utilize Revise with AI to revise all of the text within a rich text editor by clicking the 'Revise with AI' button located in the toolbar. They will then be presented with a window to preview their revised text, which they can choose to accept or further refine.
- Users can also revise a portion of their text by highlighting the desired portion, then clicking the 'Revise with AI' button.

Revise with AI uses AI to suggest improvements to the quality of text data.

Using Revise with AI leverages AI which does not store your data or use your data for training new models. Your data is yours.

The data used to generate Revise with AI is handled securely just like the rest of your TeamDynamix data.
