Notification Template Samples

Overview

As your organization is starting to create custom Notification Templates, we would like to provide you with some sample Notification Templates, which you can use as your TDX default template. Please note that you would want to customize more notification used on the Ticketing side as there is more interaction with external clients. Notifications on the Project Management as well as Knowledge Management are typically internally focused within a department there utilizing the TDX default are a good starting point. Feel free to use the samples Notification templates attached as well as the tips below to create your own template.

Notification Templates - Ticketing

• Please see the attached section for two sample ticketing templates
• Each template can be used as a TDX default template to replace any of the various ticketing notification templates
• Requestor template 
  • use the attached templates
  • replace logos with your organization logo
  • replace any colors used with organizational marketing approved colors
  • replace any social media links with your marketing approved links
• Ticketing User template
  • use TDX default templates as more fields are displayed to the agent
  • Subject: adjust Subject from TDX to "IT Service Desk..."
  • Body: adjust header and border colors from TDX blue hex color code (#0072C6) to your organizations marketing department approved colors.
  • Remove any additional rows you do not like to display to technician agents

  • Body: adjust header and border colors from TDX blue hex color code (#0072C6) to your organizations marketing department approved colors.
  • Remove any additional rows you do not like to display

Notification Templates - Knowledge Management 

• Use TDX default template
  • Subject: adjust Subject from TDX to "ITS/HR/Facilties KB..."
  • Body: adjust header and border colors from TDX blue hex color  code (#0072C6) to your organizations marketing department approved colors.
  • Remove any additional rows you do not like to display
