This article explains how App Admins should access administrative settings in TeamDynamix.
TDAdmin Acces vs Application Admin Access
App Admins must access the TDAdmin interface through the specific application they administer. Attempting to access a generic TDAdmin URL intended for system-level administrators will result in access being denied.
If the Admin option is not available:
- Confirm that you have actually been assigned as an application administrator for the app you are attempting to manage.
- Be sure that you've completely logged out and back into Work Management after being added as an app admin.
- If TDAdmin still does not appear in the application selector, contact your TeamDynamix Administrator to verify your access.
