Accessing TDX Community, Solutions Client Portal, and Implementation Projects

This article covers how to get access to our Community, Solutions Portal, and any project you may be a part of.

Create TeamDynamix Community Account

Your TeamDynamix Community Account grants you access to the Solutions Client Portal and the TeamDynamix Community forum.

Use the following link to register for TeamDynamix Community: https://community.teamdynamix.com/RegisterAccount.aspx.

Following your registration, you’ll be sent a confirmation email. Follow the instructions in this email to activate your Community account.

Log in to the Solutions Portal

After you've activated your Community account, go to solutions.teamdynamix.com and use the same information as your Community account to log in.

If you are not part of an implementation project, you do not need to request access to anything else.

Request Access to your Project

Once you're logged in to the Solutions portal, you can request access to any implementation project that you are part of. The implementation project is where you will ask questions, review recordings, access files, and update project tasks.  You will need to know your Project ID, which you can get from your organization's Project Manager.

To request access to your TeamDynamix implementation project, please submit your request for access to your implementation project.

 

Go to Your Project

Follow these steps to access your project once you've been added:

  1. Navigate to solutions.teamdynamix.com
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In.
  3. Sign in using the Community account you created in Step 1 above.
  4. In the bar across the top, click Projects.
  5. Click the Name of your implementation project to access it.
