Overview
The AI & Automation Template Library provides pre-built automation template packages that live within the Global Community Library. These templates are designed as "grab and go" resources that users can quickly deploy to deliver immediate value for their organization using Conversational AI and iPaaS.
Each template package may consist of a single item or a collection of tasks, subtasks, flows, forms, and/or templates that work together to support a specific use case, such as resetting a password or updating a support ticket.
The goal of the template library is to deliver immediate value to CAI and iPaaS users without requiring the time, effort, and technical expertise necessary for building these processes from scratch.
How to Use
You can view a list of available template packages here.
All items for each template package are available to download from the Global Community Library and can be found by searching their designated tag. (e.g. CAI-001). You can find a particular template's tag in its associated knowledge base article, all of which can be found here.
When importing a template package, import all items associated with the tag.
Once you have imported all the necessary components, open each element and complete any necessary configuration. This configuration may require defining properties, selecting and configuring connectors, and/or selecting any imported templates.
Note: not all elements will have items to configure. Some forms/templates may be completely ready to go out of the box.
Once these settings (in addition to any necessary connectors) have been configured, you can test and deploy the template package.

If you have an idea for a use case that would help a large number of organizations find value in CAI or iPaaS quickly, please submit your idea to cassidy.mcdonnell@teamdynamix.com.
These submissions are reviewed by the Product team using the same evaluation process as standard enhancement requests.
Reporting Issues
If you notice a bug, please submit an iPaaS/CAI bug ticket and select “Other” in the iPaaS component or CAI component field.
New Item Cadence
New template packages will be released each month. Once available, they will be added to the List of Pre-Built AI & Automation Template Packages and a knowledge base article will be added to The Pre-Built AI & Automation Templates section of the knowledge base.
New template packages will be included in AI & Automation Advisory Group meetings and Roadmap discussions as well as in Major Release Notes.
