Overview
The AI Service Assist Readiness training course leads you through configuration of AI Service Assist. The course was designed to empower organizations to configure and start using AI Service Assist by providing configuration training in a digestible format. Each module is intended to provide the knowledge needed to complete the action items required for configuration of AI Service Assist.
Each individual module will begin with learning objectives and will end with a series of action items that you must complete. The table below shows the estimated time it will take to complete the action items in each module. Please keep in mind that this time can be distributed across multiple individuals.
Each session/module has 2 hours allotted for it, but it is common for the sessions to finish before the 2 hours..
Admins/Project Managers: please block off time for action items per the estimate time column.
Note: Generally, we ask to send no more than 3 total resources to attend the trainings. Exceptions can be approved by TDX staff.

| AI Suggested Fields |
This asynchronous follow-along session will introduce your administrators to the AI Service Assist package and will guide them through configuring the AI Suggested Fields feature. The module can be completed at your convenience, but we ask that you begin the work before you attend the following live sessions. |

| Configuring Ticket Assist Agents |
This live follow-along session will guide your administrators through the process of setting up an AI Ticket Assist Agent for one of your ticketing applications. The session will involve selecting knowledge base articles and tickets to use as context for the agent, configuring basic settings, and activating the agent for testing. |

| Knowledge Generation and Advanced Settings |
This live session will guide your administrators through the steps to activate knowledge base article generation from ticket content. Additionally, we will cover advanced features and testing for the AI Service Assist features and have time for questions. |
