This extra is a very simple utility for emailing completed reports to users. You can select the desired report from the list, put in a recipient, and click Send. The user will receive an email with a link to view the report in the Web UI.
For ongoing delivery it would be best to build a Scheduled report and set the email recipients, as well as the attachment file formats desired. Use of this Extra is a limited niche use case.
