Subscribe to the TeamDynamix Status Page

Overview

TeamDynamix uses Status Page to communicate the current status, planned maintenance announcements, and incident reports of the TeamDynamix system. You can subscribe to alerts via email, text, or RSS feed.

Account Management

Subscribing to status.teamdynamix.com

To subscribe notifications from the TDX Status page:

  1. Go to status.teamdynamix.com
  2. Select the Subscribe to Updates button in the top right corner
  3. Subscribe to the communication method(s) of your choice

This registration will sign you up for email notifications only, that relate to the geographic region selected (Canada or U.S). This allows TeamDynamix to notify you if potential problems arise with any of those components that result in a status page incident being created.

Initial sign-up will subscribe you to notification on all available components in your region by default.

Updating status.teamdynamix.com Account

Any changes after your account is provisioned must be made by logging in to your status.teamdynamix.com account.

After signing on press the Subscribe to Updates button in the upper right.

Manage Notifications and Subscription 

Opting into SMS Notifications

To opt yourself in to SMS notifications from the TDX Status page:

  1. Click the "cell phone" button under the Subscribe to Updates button
  2. Select the proper Country Code if needed
  3. Add your phone number, Click the Subscribe via Text Message button
  4. Select the Components you would like to to be included on, Click Save

Opting into Email Notifications

To opt yourself in to email notifications from the TDX Status page:

  1. Click the "envelope" button under the Subscribe to Updates button
  2. Enter your email address, Click Subscribe Via Email
  3. Select the Components you would like to to be included on, Click Save

Adding/Removing Subscribed Components

To edit the list of components you are currently subscribed to:

  1. Click the Subscribe to Updates button in the upper right of the page
  2. Select the communication method you'd like to modify
  3. Enter the email address or phone number
  4. The system will recognize you as a existing subscriber, and provide options to manage your subscriptions 
  5. Check or uncheck desired components as needed
  6. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

Unsubscribe from status.teamdynamix.com

To unsubscribe your account from the TDX status page:

  1. Click the Subscribe to Updates button in the upper right of the page
  2. Select the communication method you'd like to modify
  3. Enter the email address or phone number
  4. The system will recognize you as a existing subscriber, and provide options to manage your subscriptions 
  5. Click the link labeled Unsubscribe from updates listed beneath your email address at the top of the page
  6. Confirm by selecting the Unsubscribe from updates button on the following prompt
