The configurations listed cannot be deleted after they've been created, but they can be deactivated.
Overview
Most of the configuration that you do in TDX can be deleted, so long as there are no associated items using it (i.e. if you have a form associated with a service, you would need to reassociate the service to a new form before being able to delete it). There are some configurations however that cannot be deleted, and can only be deactivated.

- Applications
- Users
- Users cannot be deleted, but they can be changed to customers and merged with another user record
- Protected Attributes
- Assets, Tickets, Projects, Project Tasks, Issues, & Risks
- Statuses
- Assets, Tickets, Projects, Project Tasks, Issues, & Risks
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Webhooks
- Ticket & Asset Applications
- External Viewers
