The workspace timeline view allows you to view all the items in a workspace that have a due date on a timeline. Items with a start date and due date will span multiple days, while items with only a due date will display on their due date.
Each item will display in the row for the person or group that it is assigned to. When an item is assigned to multiple people or groups (a ticket with group and person responsibility or a project task assigned to multiple people), it will display in multiple rows.
The timeline view supports the following actions:
- Filter by date - the view defaults to the current week
- Filter by people
- Filter by the columns included in the List View
- Modify items by right clicking. The available actions depend on the item type and your permissions.
- Reassign items by dragging to another resource. Certain item types cannot be reassigned.
- Modify the start and due date of an item by dragging the item along the timeline.
- Modify the duration of an item by dragging its start or due date along the timeline.
