Using the Workspaces List View

The workspace list view allows users to see all the work items that are currently included in the workspace. When viewing a workspace, the following actions are available:

  1. Sort work items by any displayed column by clicking the column header
  2. Select a column to group by
  3. Filter based on displayed columns
  4. Add, remove and rearrange columns using the Configure View menu
  5. Open items by clicking their title
  6. Modify items by right clicking. The available actions depend on the item type and your permissions.
