TeamDynamix is committed to a digital accessibility strategy which provides product accessibility for the largest number of people possible. We achieve this by using a persona based approach, allowing us to identify the most meaningful accessibility advancements for each major version release.
Conformance Status
The TeamDynamix Client Portal demonstrates 100% conformance with the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Any new content that is added to the Client Portal conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA requirements and any WCAG 2.1 AA conformance regression is treated as a software bug and promptly resolved.
Historically, TeamDynamix has employed a "persona" approach to WCAG 2.0 AA conformance of the TDNext and TDAdmin modules. This ensures that a user matching the persona can fulfill their core needs in an accessible fashion. For example, the “Technician” persona was addressed by delivering a technician experience with 100% WCAG 2.0 AA conformance in TeamDynamix Version 11.2.
Going forward, we will be employing the same person approach to the TDNext and TDAdmin modules for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.
