Deleting/Modifying Project Requests

A list of all project requests for your organization can be viewed in the Project application Admin interface by clicking Project Requests in the left navigation. Sometimes, information on these requests can be incorrect, and the request needs to be edited or deleted.

To delete or modify a project request, click the request name to open the request detail page. The Delete button in the toolbar opens a confirmation dialog when clicked to delete the request. Click OK to accept the deletion or Cancel to prevent the operation from occurring.

Although request content cannot be edited through the Project app Admin interface, other request properties can be edited. The Action button displays a list of all possible modification actions. This allows a user to Change Requestor and Edit Request Sections. These sections can be configured to apply only to requests at specific lifecycle stages. Each stage can be made available for the RequestReview, and Project (approved) stages of a project request.
