Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Time.TimeApiErrorCode.TicketNotFound

Occurs when trying to work with time on a Ticket that either is deleted, has an incorrect ID specified, or is not visible to the executing user.

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.Time.TimeApiErrorCode enumeration with a value of 25.
