Viewing the List of Ticket Types

You can view the list of ticket types in the ticketing application admin settings in TDAdmin.

To view the list of ticket types for a given ticketing application, sign in to the Admin application and then follow the steps below.

1. In the left navigation menu, click Applications > [ticketing application] > Types
2. On this page you can:
   1. View all existing ticket types for the ticketing application
   2. Search for specific types using the search filtering at the top of the page
      • Available search filters include:
        • Search (free text that searches both the Name and Description of the ticket type)
        • Is Active
        • Category
      • You can also export these search results to Excel via the To Excel button at the top of the page
   3. Reassociate existing tickets from one type to another
   4. Create new ticket types for the ticketing application
   5. Edit existing ticket types
   6. Delete existing ticket types
