Manage Your Profile

Summary

Authenticated Client Portal users can view and edit their personal profile information, including adding or updating profile photos and personal details.

Body

Who can use this feature?
  • All authenticated users with access to the Client Portal can view and edit their own profile information.
  • Client Portal users can view basic profile information for other users who are associated with shared projects, tickets, or questions.

Person profiles can be accessed by other users on Questions, Tickets, or Project items. For detailed information about which profile fields are visible to different user types, see the Client Portal Profile Field Visibility article​​​​​​.

Managing Your Profile Details

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner, then select My Profile from the menu
  3. Click the Edit button

To add or replace your profile photo:

  • Click the Browse button
  • In the popup, locate and select your picture
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page

To remove a photo and leave it blank, click the Remove button, then click Save.

To add or edit your profile details:

  • Enter details in the available fields, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
