Who can use this feature?
- Global Administrators can enable AI Ticket Summaries in their organization's ticketing applications.
- Work Management users can view AI summaries at the top of their tickets to gain a quick understanding of ticket details and recent activtiy.

To start using AI Ticketing Summaries, there are two settings Global Administrators need to to turn on.

Before you can use any AI feature in TeamDynamix, Global Administrators need to Enable AI Features in their organization's environment.
Once the Enable AI Features setting is enabled, it can not be disabled at the organization level.
- To disable AI Ticket Summaries, Global Administrators need to disable the AI Ticket Summaries setting for each ticketing application where it was turned on.
- In addition to the AI Ticket Summary settings, enabling AI Features in your environment also displays the Revise with AI security role permission. It will be OFF by default.
To Enable AI Features in your environment:
- From the TDAdmin homepage, click Organization Settings
- In the Details tab, click Edit.
- Select Enable AI Features.
- Click Save to confirm you have reviewed the linked information regarding AI Ticket Summaries.
To turn on AI Ticket Summaries in a ticketing application:
- From the TDAdmin homepage, click Applications.
- Select the Ticketing Application.
- Click AI Settings in the left navigation.
- Select Enable AI Ticket Summaries.
- Click Save.
To turn off AI Ticket Summaries in a ticketing application:
- From the TDAdmin homepage, click Applications.
- Select the Ticketing Application.
- Click AI Settings in the left navigation.
- Deselect Enable AI Ticket Summaries.
- Click Save.
AI Ticket Summaries generate two types of summaries on the ticket:
- Ticket Details: Gives a general summary based on the ticket's title, description, and any free text custom attributes.
- Recent Activity: Give a summary of the most recent Communication-type feed entries.
To view AI Ticket Summaries:
- In Work Management (TDNext), go to your ticket.
- At the tp of the ticket, click in the View Ticket Summary panel.
Summaries are generated whenever the 'View Ticket Summary' panel is expanded after opening or refreshing a ticket.
Security
- Using AI ticket summaries leverages AI which does not store your data or use your data for training new models. Your data is yours.
- The data used to generate AI ticket summaries is handled securely just like the rest of your TeamDynamix data.
