Is it possible to create a ticket report that shows how many tickets are created an hour?

Portfolio/Program Gantt Sort Order

What is the sort order for the Gantt chart that is viewable in the analysis tab in a portfolio or program. Is it alphabetical, first in first listed, random? Is this something we can control?

Create Workflow Task with Ticket Info

Is there a way, not using a webservice, to use the workflow task and add information from the ticket that is running the workflow.

i.e. Create a Title for the Task that has the Requests name from the ticket in it.
