This introduction article will introduce project users the Issue Aging report, found in the TDNext interface. The user must have access to TDNext and the Projects app.
Overview
This report shows the number of issues that were created in the following periods.
Where to Find This
This feature appears in TDNext in the Projects. It will be located within the navigation on the left side of the screen.
Navigate to this report following this path:
- TDNext > Projects > Reports> Standard Issue Reports
Using the Issue Aging Report
- GT 90 Days - Created over 90 days ago
- 61 - 90 Days - Created 61 - 90 days ago
- 31 - 60 Days - Created 31 - 60 days ago
- Less Than (LT) 30 Days - Created less than 30 days ago
If you check the Count Closed box in the search criteria, the report will include closed issues as well.
The results will be grouped by your issue category or issue status (Open, In Process, Closed, Postponed), depending on what you choose in the Group By field.
