TeamDynamix Web API: TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.PriorityID

Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.PriorityID

The ID of the priority associated with the ticket.

Remarks

This is required on editing. If a value is not provided on creation, the priority will first be defaulted based on the configured priority matrix. If there is no priority in the matrix for the current impact/urgency values, the default priority will be used instead.
