TeamDynamix Web API: TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.ArticleShortcutID

Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Tickets.Ticket.ArticleShortcutID

The ID of the shortcut that is used when viewing the ticket's Knowledge Base article. This is set when the ticket is associated with a cross client portal article shortcut.
