Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Plans.RelationshipType.EndToEnd

Indicates a predecessor task end date to dependent task end date relationship.

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.Plans.RelationshipType enumeration with a value of 1.
